Mr. Hafizullah Hikmat – The guiding star of the company’s leadership and the chief architect of its business vision. He serves as the central pillar for Khan Karwan’s strategic direction, overall management, and key decision-making, ensuring harmony among all departments. In addition, Mr. Hikmat is actively engaged in multiple industrial sectors across Afghanistan, spearheading a number of significant industrial projects.

Mr. Mohammad Haroon Hikmat – The company’s Executive Director, responsible for establishing and managing relations with new international agencies and partners. Through these channels, he procures essential goods for Afghanistan under official agency agreements and oversees their importation. Mr. Haroon leads the company’s efforts in importing key food items and other essential commercial products.

Haji Zabihullah Hikmat – Serving as Vice President under the company’s official license, he works closely with the President in leadership matters and plays a vital role in implementing major executive and commercial decisions.

Haji Mohibullah Hikmat – Deputy to Mr. Mohammad Haroon Hikmat in the sphere of international relations. He manages the domestic distribution of goods imported under Mr. Haroon’s agencies and supports the Executive Director in overseeing further imports from abroad.
